Clean your home with a few tricks

Here we have prepared a few tricks for easy and effective cleaning.Unclog drains without preparationsIf the piping is not badly blocked, instead of detergent you can use a handful of baking soda, then pour half a cup of vinegar. Similarly, you can do weekly prophylaxis against clogging canals and odors. It replaces efficiently the commercial preparations.
Clean your home with a few tricks
Environmental and effective cleaning of windows.
Mix 1/3 cup white vinegar, ? cup of isopropyl alcohol and a liter of distilled water. With this mixture you can clean your windows. If the preparation still leaves traces and does not clean well, it is probably due to the wax build-up from the previous product that you have used. If this happens, replace isopropyl alcohol with teaspoon dishwashing liquid. Here are another good tips:
Instead of using the spray, wet the glass with sponge mop (sponge with handle) – when the windows are moistened thoroughly allow the solution to act for 5 minutes.
Do not clean windows in direct sunlight because the sun evaporates too fast the preparation, thus leaving stains.
Cleaning and disinfection of toilet
To clean the toilet in an environmentally friendly way, again you can use vinegar - pour a cup of white vinegar inside and sprinkle some of it sideways. Then sprinkle baking soda and wait 15 minutes, then clean with a brush the surface you have sprinkled with baking soda. Vinegar dissolves alkaline deposits from hard water. For additional disinfecting wipe the toilet bowl with a cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
Cleaning the chopping board.
According to studies on the chopping board there can be found up to 200 times more bacteria than the toilet bowl. For cleaning a chopping board, wash it with dish soap first, and then spray the board with fresh 5% - vinegar and leave for the night.
Cleaning the kitchen floor
Experts say there is no need to disinfect the kitchen floor, unless you really do not have as constant movement around the room. Instead, clean the surface with a few homemade recipes:
Laminate flooring and hardwood flooring- solution of ? cup white vinegar and a liter of water, use cleaning towels, pure cotton (not microfiber, as it is made of polyester).
Marble, ceramic and granite flooring- Only use hot water, other cleaners will probably damage the material.
Linoleum - hot water with a little dish soap (if necessary).
Cleaning the carpet
Easy and safe cleaning of carpets is not a mirage. You can do it with baking soda - sprinkle the carpet with soda and blend it well, then allow it to act for 10 minutes and clean it with a vacuum cleaner. Soda takes not only dirt but also odors. You can also use corn starch, it removes fat and dirt in depth.
A few more ideas.
Experts recommend keeping a box of borax (boric acid) for cleaning the stubborn dirt. However, be careful with the use and the storage because boric acid is toxic if ingested - so keep it away from children and pets (in a locked cabinet, along with other dangerous chemicals if you have any). Although it is safe, borax is a natural product and is a good alternative. Bleach and other aggressive chemicals are much more dangerous. Another good disinfectant is isopropyl alcohol (so called rubbing alcohol), which is highly flammable.

As a matter of fact, removal is something that you cannot do without any help.
2. Engage the entire family! Just because the removal agent has already signed the contract and the first baby steps of the removal are made thanks to the great professional services by your local removal company does not mean that your relatives should be tranquil enough that everything is ok. A look at renting a Holiday apartment in Barcelona

Barcelona is a very attractive city for tourists all over the world who wish to spend some time away from home. It's definitely not a coincidence that it's one of the most visited destinations in Europe. The city has its own unique appeal to all kinds of travelers, from the typical tourist, to gourmets, sports fans, artists, and romantics…
A1_
But no matter what type of traveler you are, one of the best ways to stay in the city is to choose from one of the many Barcelona holiday apartments available online. Here are some tips on how to get the most out of your holiday and turn it into an unforgettable experience. It's obvious that finding accommodation in Barcelona is not that difficult, there is a huge selection of places to stay like hotels, hostels, B&Bs, aparthotels, and apartments… But whatever the kind of vacation you're on, it's always good to rent an apartment in Barcelona, for as much reason economically (you can use the kitchen and prepare your own food instead of paying a premium for breakfasts and eating out) as comfort (the whole apartment is your own space for the duration of your stay).

Apartments are without a doubt the best option. Choosing the area you want to stay in is an important decision. Depending on your tastes and expectations for your stay in Barcelona, it's best you choose the area that suits you most. For example, if you're spending a quick weekend in the city, it's best to stay between La Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia where most of the main attractions are located. For the people who like to party, it's great to stay around Las Ramblas where there is a lively nightlife. For romantics, staying by the sea in Barceloneta, or in the classy
Eixample area is ideal. Finally, football lovers will want to stay close to Camp Nou, the home stadium of FC Barcelona. It's located in the Les Cortes area of the city where you will find plenty of cheap accommodation options. Finally, the last tip is that you could definitely plan your trip to Barcelona well and in advance to save money. This is because there is so much to do in the city (25% of tourists in the city are already on their 3rd visit).

Grooming Tips for the Groom

Weddings are generally focused on the bride – the dress, the bouquet, the makeup and so on. But that doesn’t mean that the groom shouldn’t take care of his looks as their big day approaches. After all, he’s the only other person in the event who will share the spotlight with the bride the whole time.

If you’re among those grooms who haven’t realised yet that they’ll be photographed as much as the bride on their wedding day, stop thinking that you don’t need any preparation and pampering. You do need to look your best, too, on your wedding.

Face

Look in the mirror and see what type of skin problems you have. If you’ve never used any facial product, you should start using basic facial products regularly. If you don’t have any serious skincare needs, you’d only need to use cleanser, toner and moisturiser on a daily basis to make sure your skin doesn’t dry up or break out with all the stress leading to the wedding day.

Visit a dermatologist immediately if you think you need to consult any facial problem like pimple marks, blemishes or acne. If you’re thinking of having a facial treatment, never do it too close to your wedding date.

Goatees, beards and moustaches seem to be a trend for many men today. If you decide to appear at your wedding without taking off your facial hair, make sure it is trimmed well. But it’s still best to appear clean-shaven on your big day.

Hair

Your bride will have a hair and makeup artist with her to make sure she’s at her prettiest. So why not skip your usual barber shop and go to a hair salon this time? It’s best to visit the salon one to two weeks before your wedding to have a haircut that will enhance your features. Ask the stylist for tips on how to style your hair before the ceremony. If you wish, you can even book for a styling appointment on your wedding day.

Hands and Nails

Your hands will be photographed as you exchange your rings and hold hands. Don’t you dare come to your wedding with dry hands and long, dirty fingernails. You might be wearing an expensive wedding band, but it still won’t look good if your hands and nails aren’t clean. Barber shops and salons today offer men’s manicure services to make sure your nails are cleaned and buffed.

Teeth

It’s going to be one of the happiest days of your life. You’ll be smiling a lot, and photos will capture that. So make sure you’ve got pearly whites in their truest sense.

You can buy DIY teeth whitening products from the drugstore or from a dental clinic. But if you don’t have that much time, have it done by the dentist. In-office whitening usually takes effect much faster than at-home bleaching. Ask the dentist, too, for advice on which foods and drinks you should avoid to promote the whitening of your teeth.

Especially for men who really don’t bother to do any of the grooming activities mentioned above, everything will be an extra effort. But once you see the results in your photos and the pleasant reaction from your bride, you know that it was all worth it.

How to Get the Best Kit Home Money Can Buy Without Breaking the Bank

Kit homes are perhaps the only pieces of real estate weathering the bad economy best. Because they already come pre-made, pre-designed and with all the necessary inclusions, you just simply need to erect them on your chosen site and that’s that. They are relatively cheaper than when you build a home from scratch and a lot less wasteful, which is perhaps why their popularity is rising to meteoric heights.

However,
cheap kit homes are not easy to come by even with so many reputable manufacturers flooding the internet just waiting to be chosen by you. First of all, when you’ve got no idea what type of kit home you’d like, how much they actually cost, what’s included in the kit or if you want to do it yourself entirely or be an owner-manager, then you need to do a little more research before finally coming to a decision as building homes, whether traditional or not, can cost you time and money you may not be prepared to waste.

So here are a few guidelines to get you started on a virtually-painless and smooth kit home-building journey and here’s hoping that you will be able to have the home of your dreams:

Know What You Like

Kit homes, just like traditional homes come in a variety of head-spinning designs that cater to every taste. There’s the A-frame types which feature steeply-angled rooflines and ceilings that open up to the top rafters. These designs usually also have mezzanine and second level floors. There are also what you call cottage kits, log cabins, barn kits, modular/prefabricated kits, panelized homes, geodesic homes and yurts which are built to withstand extreme weather conditions.

Know How Much You Can Afford

It may be prudent to note that while kit homes are relatively cheaper than traditional homes, you will still need to fork over a certain amount because most manufacturers cover only about a third of the total cost. You also need to take into consideration that the total cost will depend on the style, design and size of your chosen kit. Expect to pay more when you request for modifications to your designs or additions to the inclusions, as well as if you opt for high quality construction materials.

To Build or not to Build on Your Own

Most homeowners opt to build their kit homes themselves to save on labor, but end up having to hire a contractor because they keep making mistakes. If you have considerable construction experience and the commitment to see projects through, you will need to take an owner-builder course to get your owner-builder permit. Here you learn about site safety and the regulations you need to adhere to in order to ensure the safety of your workplace and the people who are working with you. You will also learn here the phases you need to complete before finally being able to start construction like how to get council approval, do a soil test, etc.

Know What’s Included

Kit home inclusions vary depending on whether you buy them to “lock up” or if you purchased a full kit. To lock up means that the house is finished externally and has the roof, external walls, windows and doors fitted while a full kit means includes the lock up stage as well as interior walls and ceiling linings, interior doors, mouldings and robes to name just a few. A set of construction plans and specifications are included as well as an accessories schedule, an engineer’s certification and a complete construction manual.

Even with so many options to choose from, building your own kit homes basically comes down to your personal preferences and it doesn’t hurt to get a professional to help you because delays and mistakes can infinitely cost you more money and are a waste of your precious time. So if you do decide to embark on kit home building, know what you’re getting into and what is involved so you can come up with a home you can be proud of, the home of your dreams.
